• Reception opening hours during the holiday season: 9:00 to 12.00 and 15.00 to 20.00. In the low season from 10:00 to 12.00 and 18.00 to 19.00 or by phone 0048 602554348
• When arriving on the island, please select any place on the camping site and check in on the day of arrival, during the opening hours of the reception.
• Please do not blockade the way to the lake, access roads, bathing areas, briefs, or access to platforms. Please make fires in designated places or in your own fireplaces. Please do not throw wet tissues or rubbish into the toilet. Please put your rubbish in the garbage can the main garbage cans are located next to the sanitary facilities.
• The restaurant and toilets are in the main building on the Island. The discharge of gray water and toilet cassettes is in the drain between the main building and the reception. For other information, please contact the reception desk or call 0048 602554348.
• It is possible to pay in PLN, euro or by card. Please register and pay for your stay on the day of arrival.
• There is a mini shop at the reception during the summer season. You can buy their min. drinks, sweets, ice cream, charcoal, cigarettes, firewood, small food, and chemical products, etc.
• Dogs at the campsite are welcome, but please take them on a leash and clean up your dog’s droppings. We ask that large dogs wear a muzzle in the restaurant or on the terrace.
• There is a night silence at the campsite: Monday to Friday from 22:00 to 8:00, Saturday and Sunday from 00:00 to 9:00.
• The hotel day starts at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m. Check-in in cottages starts at 4:00 p.m. and ends at 10:00 a.m.
• Opening hours of the restaurant on the Island at Martin” and the “Tirolian Inn at Martin” on the mainland, they depend on the season. Opening hours are posted at the reception desk or by calling 0048 602554348.
• Ferry runs.: Please do not enter the ferry yourself without service.

• The nearest grocery store is in Lubieszewo – 2 km.
• For opening hours, please ask at the reception desk. questions about the stay, campsite, houses, faults, rental of floating equipment, wood for a fire, add bed linen, gas bottle for bungalows, etc., please report it during the reception opening hours.
